Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with AraniGhar, you agree to the kitchen rules for valid information, advance payment, delivery range, and order confirmation.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order request does not automatically mean the order is accepted. AraniGhar confirms orders based on kitchen availability, delivery range, reachable contact details, clear location information, and advance payment verification.
Minimum Order
A minimum of 5 plates/items is required before an order can be confirmed. This helps the small kitchen manage preparation time, packaging, delivery effort, and ingredient planning.
Payment Rule
Every order requires at least 60% advance payment before preparation begins. If you choose Cash on Delivery, only the remaining balance is paid in cash after the advance has been verified.
Rejected Orders
AraniGhar may reject orders that appear fake, incomplete, unreachable, outside delivery range, abusive, duplicated, or unsupported by advance payment confirmation.
