AraniGhar collects only the information needed to prepare, verify, deliver, and keep private business records of customer orders.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery location, selected menu items, spice preference, notes, payment method, advance payment status, and order timestamp. This information may be sent through WhatsApp and stored in our private business order record.
How We Use It
Your details are used to confirm the order, contact you if the kitchen needs clarification, verify the 60% advance payment, prepare the food correctly, and deliver to the right location. We also keep order records for business tracking, customer support, and reducing fake or unreachable orders.
Data Sharing
We do not sell customer information. Order details may be shared only with the AraniGhar kitchen team, delivery support, WhatsApp, and our private Google Forms/Sheets record used for business management.
Customer Responsibility
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If the phone number or location is incorrect, AraniGhar may be unable to confirm or complete the delivery.
