Delivery Policy
AraniGhar delivers within 10km of the kitchen area and depends on accurate location details from the customer.
Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within the supported 10km range around Ganesh Temple, Ochu Height, Lalitpur. Example locations include Ochu Height, Imadol, Lalitpur, Nepal and nearby reachable areas.
Location Details
Please provide a full delivery location with area name, landmark, house direction, and any important access note. Short or unclear locations can delay confirmation or cause order rejection.
Customer Availability
Customers must remain reachable by phone or WhatsApp from confirmation until delivery handover. If the delivery person cannot contact you, the delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timing depends on kitchen workload, order quantity, weather, traffic, and rider availability. AraniGhar will try to communicate delays honestly through WhatsApp or phone.
